Meet President / Licensed Broker Chad Powelson
BIO - Chad is married to his wife Ginger & has two daughters, Madelin & Gabriella. He was born & raised in Alaska, graduating from Robert Service High School, and then moving on to attend & graduate with his Bachelors of Science from Arizona State University in Tempe with a major in Business Management & an emphasis on Small Business Development.
After graduation, Chad & Ginger moved back to Alaska where Chad began his career with Western Enterprises, Inc. as their Commercial Leasing & Sales agent & Property Manager where he actively manages and exclusively lists thirty five Office, Retail & Industrial properties for a variety of individual owners, corporations and partnerships, and engages in the search and negotiation of suitable space for purchase or lease for outside clients upon request. In August of 2005, Chad was promoted to Vice President and in November of the same year became the companies licensed Broker and now President.
With a love of the outdoors Chad divides his time between family, fly-fishing, alpine skiing, road & mountain biking, and kayaking. He is a member of the Anchorage (Downtown) Rotary serving on committees including: RYLA, Disabilities & Special Needs Awareness & the Centennial Committee. Chad also works with the local branch of the National M.S. Society in the coordination of their annual MS 150 bike ride. In 2004 and 2005, the two-day ride from Hope to Seward and back raised funds to support research and counseling on a local and national level.

Powelson and Robert A Moats, hereinafter called Licensees, hereby disclose to the prospective tenant that Western & Licensee represent the Lessor solely in this transaction, regardless of whether it develops into a lease.
In any or all the above locations, Western, a licensed real estate agency in Alaska, is Property Manager & either maintains or discloses any or all of the following items of pertinence; that Western has an ownership interest in the properties; has a principle of the corporation whom is a licensed real estate broker in Alaska; has a real estate associate broker or broker whom is an owner in the property; Licensees that are related to some of the owners of the properties, a licensed real associate broker, &/or a principle of Western; &/or Licensee is an owner in the property.
Explanation of Relationship Western, in this disclosure of agency to the Lessor, has a fiduciary responsibility of loyalty, confidentiality, obedience, full disclosure, accounting, and the duty to use skill, care & diligence to the owner of the property. To both the Lessor & Prospective Tenant a duty of honesty & fair dealing is required.
